#Install newest mesa drivers
#Caveat this is a major untested update which can cause keybind issues, and other problems. Suggest setting up a new image, the installing the newest mesa driver, and then mapping your controller

#Extract the binary
Extract the downloaded file and place them into a folder named redream
#Move the binary to the correct location on your raspberry pi
Upload it with winscp to your Retropie home folder
connect via putty to your raspberry pi
cd ~
sudo cp -R redream /opt/retropie/emulators/
sudo cp -R redream /opt/retropie/configs/
#Change permissions to be accurate
cd /opt/retropie/emulators/redream
sudo chmod +x redream
sudo chmod +x redream.elf
cd /opt/retropie/emulators
sudo chown -R pi redream
#add correct settings to emulators.cfg to enable redream in runcommand menu
cd /opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast/emulators.cfg
sudo nano -w emulators.cfg
add the below line after the last line
redream= "pushd /opt/retropie/configs/redream/redream; /opt/retropie/emulators/redream/redream %ROM%; popd"
default = "redream"
#Choose redream in runcommand menu
Launch a dreamcast game
press a button while launching
Choose redream as default emulator
