A differentiated Union in a complex world

The Closing Session reflects the results of the Conference, by realizing that differentiation can still be a useful tool to tackle internal and external challenges. It remains valid even in facing the current Ukrainian crisis: differentiation is a way to tackle internally fragmentation and divergences among member states and externally to give the EU a tool to make strategic autonomy work, by contributing to a new European Security order.
