GE Evolution "kick"
If you have a GE leading an EMD locomotive, in pace setter mode, you'll sometimes encounter the GE kicking. Usually occurs at low effort levels.
The GE will speed up, it's effort falls.. it slows down, it'll then apply power and speed back up against the slack in the coupler. It'll over speed, power down, repeat - makes the bucking you see here.
