Here's the instructions,
basically you're gonna need Linux, first click the Settings, then scroll down and click About ChromeOS, scroll down there, until you see "Linux development environment".

Then click "Set up", and click the Search bar in the Settings, and type ADB, and click Enable ADB Debugging, turn it on, and restart, It doesn't typically remove all your personal data, so its no worry.

Then after you have completed it, download your preferred APK, then go to Terminal, and then type what command I put.

Once you're done, it should say Success if it worked, and you will be able to install any time of APKs you can find.

Because I already done the set up for the ADB, I will show you rn.

1: sudo apt install adb
2: adb connect arc
3: adb install [your file name].apk

Thanks for reading the instructions fully, hope this helped.
