First, export your file as MOV from DaVinci resolve, follow my "EASIER" Method above. (But skip the web page stuff)
When you have downloaded ShareX, in the little menu on the side you can click on "Tools" and in the pop-out list there should be an option called "Video Converter..."
Here you can pick the file you want to convert in the "Input file path".
Make sure to pick "VP9 (WebM)" as the "Video Codec" and that the "Video Quality" slider is set to 0 (I know seems odd, but 0 is the high quality setting)
And click "Start encoding"
