Synopsis: Former game designer Polly Pixel, tired of players using cheat codes to defeat her games, becomes the villainess, Electronica, and tries to ruin video games for everyone; A disgraced former fishing show host named Billy Jim Dixon, now a supervillain known as the Angler, along with his henchmen, the Fishmongers, are stealing all the fish in the world.
