ASP dot net is a web development framework by Microsoft and DevExpress produce UI Controls for Microsoft Visual Studio.
With combination of both, you can develop very professional looking web application without typing a lot of code.
First you need to install visual studio community version. It is a free version of visual studio. Then you need to install devexpress.
Now I will show you how to install both software step by step.
