First, draw the outline of the leaf.
Look carefully at the shape of a maple leaf. It has five parts. Three parts of the leaf are large and two smaller.
All parts of the leaf have sharp corners. These angles are symmetrical about the axis of each part of the leaf. The number of angles is the same in each part.
Draw each part of the leaf separately. At the same time, draw the whole leaf, moving from part to part.
We drew the outline of the leaf.
Now draw the veins of the leaf, which holds the leaf itself.
And draw the tail of the leaf, which attaches the leaf to the maple branch.
