To insert a PDF file into Excel, you can do so as an object or as a link:

Insert as Object
Insert the PDF into an Excel cell without changing its formatting:
1- Click the cell where you want to insert the PDF
2- On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Object
3- Click the Create from File tab
4- Click Browse and select the PDF file
5- Click Insert
6- Click OK

Insert as Link
Insert a link to the PDF file in the Excel cell:
1- Click the cell where you want to insert the link.
2- On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Object.
3- Click the Create from File tab.
4- Click Click Browse and select the PDF file.
5- Select the Link to File checkbox and click OK.

You can also extract data from a PDF to Excel:
1- Open the Excel spreadsheet.
2- Select the Data tab.
3- Get Data.
4- From File.
5- From PDF.
6- Select the PDF file and select Import.
