Who may be denied a mortgage:
Low-income borrowers. If the mortgage payment is more than half the client's salary, the bank will deny the mortgage. - Citizens with a poor credit history, outstanding traffic fines, and alimony defaulters. The bank will not approve a mortgage for borrowers with outstanding debts and overdue payments.
Citizens with high debt loads. Clients with a high debt burden also have a low chance of being approved for a mortgage in 2024.
Clients with a small down payment. If a borrower's down payment is less than 30%, they are considered risky by the bank.
Borrowers of retirement age and those mobilized. These clients will face difficulties during the application process and when obtaining mortgage insurance.
