Some animations about geodesics shown this week in class. They were either computed with mathematica (10 lines of code integrate the relatively complicated differential equatioins for a general surface!) or then with the Shild's ladder method (Povray code written in 2002 for the Calculus of variations book of Juergen Moser: see the book
