EXCEL TIPS | How to insert the degree symbol?
The degree symbol can be inserted from the symbol dialog box by following these steps:
Select the cell where you want to insert the symbol
Go to Insert tab ➜ Symbols ➜ Symbol.
In the dialogue box, select “Latin-1 Supplement” from Subset
Select the degree symbol
Click Insert
Close the window.
Another way is to use the shortcut Alt+ 0176.
