Searchable/autocomplete drop downs in Excel + TEXTSPLIT: No more dependent lists
The brand new features allow auto-complete as you type so en masse data entry got much faster, plus with the new functions TEXTSPLIT, TEXTBEFORE, TEXTAFTER you can extract each individual element as needed dynamicaly.

There are hundreds of how-to guides for making dependent drop downs or cascading drop downs or hierarchal drop downs, but there is almost never any need for them anymore now with these two components. This is only available right now for Office 365 subscribers on the Beta channel, but I show an alternative available to everyone that I have been using for years towards the end of the video.
