ATK% Sands can be BETTER for Cyno (over EM)
❇️ EM Sands is not a must. It's completely conditional based on what piece you have better & the weapon you use.
❇️ In my case using PJWS, the high base ATK makes my ATK% Sands perform better. But I've also seen EM Staff of Scarlet users that outputs similar DMG with ATK PJWS. Here's the video by @MobaandChill showing the similarity of both weapons: • Cyno Weapon Comparison: Staff of the Scarl...
