I've been so intrigued by LED masks and the benefits of Red Light Therapy so I decided to try out this mask by Higher DOSE. This is not sponsored! I tested this mask for 1 month to see if I would see a difference in my skin and I'm honestly so impressed! I mean, just look at that before and after. 😍 My dark spots have faded a bit and I feel like this also helps with healing blemishes faster and preventing future breakouts. It also seems to give the skin an overall healthier appearance. ☺

After research into LED therapy devices, it looks to me that Red Light only truly works at certain wavelengths. I have noticed that a lot of the cheaper devices out there just don't offer the wavelengths that you really need to see results. This one from Higher DOSE has 2 proven wavelengths and I can honestly say that I am seeing results with it. I'll be continuing to use this!
