This was my first attempt at country style ribs...and I gotta admit, I prefer them over a regular rib rack. The braising part added a punch that I don't get with normal ribs...plus they were meaty and can serve as "steaks" when I plate them. There was however a slight issue/problem that I ran across that I'll address during the video. In this cook I also used the weber jumbo joe and my recent mod that I installed on it. I tried the snake method with this method and it was a complete fail. If you installed this mod, be sure to stick with the minion method as I'll discuss in this video.
