HIKVISION: How to Hard Reset IP Camera
Quick Guide:
1. Open IP camera (don't give power)
2. Push & hold Reset button with small wood stick
3. Connect power supply 12V or PoE to the camera (don't release Reset)
4. Continue to hold Reset button for 30 seconds
5. Release Reset button
6. Connect Ethernet cable
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Connect to the camera IP 192.168.1.64
