Cool Trap Beat Idea & Important Channel Changes Update - Drum Lesson
For this week's lesson we have got a slick Trap style groove. The beat is meant to be played at a moderately low tempo as there is a number of rhythmical subdivisions on the hi hat including some syncopated 32nd notes in the second half of the groove. We have also got some slick paradiddle style sticking patterns occurring on beat four. It is a tricky one this week and is aimed at high intermediate to advanced level players.
