Chair Yoga is a gentle form of mobilising movement that is supportive and beneficial whilst it raises body awareness, especially to the line of the spine which helps significantly in improving posture.
Perfect for those who need the support of a chair whilst exercising and great yoga for elders.

Synchronise the breath with movement, focus on sitting upright but keeping your shoulders soft, and flow with energy to create a moving meditation.
