my double jaw surgery experience (pre-op, surgery day, and 3 months of recovery!)
In June 2025, I went through one of the most challenging times of my life: double jaw surgery and septorhinoplasty. Initially, I was scared of sharing my experience, but I’ve realized that these things are important to talk about. My life has changed for the better because of this procedure. I can finally take a deep breath. I feel more rested, less anxious, and more confidently myself.
In preparation for surgery, I watched hundreds of vlogs, and it was because of them that I never felt alone. Inspired by this, I decided to create a video of my own in hopes of doing the same for someone else.
