Britcar Trophy, Donington GP fastest lap, 11 May 2014
In-car video of my fastest lap of the weekend during the dry part of the second race out of three. I'm pretty familiar with Donington and had raced this car in the 750MC Roadsports race on the GP circuit the summer before, narrowly improving on my previous lap record set in a Toyota MR2 with my coach Malcolm Edeson in preparation for the MR2 Championship races on the same weekend. There was just enough dry time in the second race of the weekend to put in seven consecutive laps of 1:56 or better, of which this lap is the fastest.
Car is a 2003 Porsche Boxster S run by Newbridge Motorsport in the Britcar Trophy series. Video recorded using a Racelogic VBox Lite 2-camera system.
