The Kalita Wave is an exceptionally forgiving and adaptable way to brew pour over. The dripper features a flat-bottomed brew bed for even extraction and a filter design that reduces contact between the brewing space and the dripper itself. The result is a more balanced extraction. In this brew guide, Charles uses a Baratza Encore Coffee Grinder as well as the Acaia Pearl Scale.
