Luang Prabang, Laos is often described through “top 10” lists — even though that’s not usually how we like to travel.
Still, after spending some time here, it felt like a simple way to share what we actually did, and what stayed with us. Not in any particular order.
We walked the historic streets, climbed Phousi Hill (twice), visited markets, learned a bit about traditional Lao weaving, swam at waterfalls, and spent some quiet time across the river in Chompet.
This is our experience of Luang Prabang, exactly as it unfolded.
This isn’t a checklist.
