for exporting a pre-master. You should
A, render out at the same sample rate and bit depth as the project is set too
B, turn off any analog emulation noise from plug-ins
C, leave 1 bar of silence before the track starts and 4 bars of silence after the track finishes
D, make sure there's no normalize or dither added when exporting
E, if you produced the track into a limiter then send a copy with and without the limiter
F, A good level of headroom is -16 to -18RMS/LUFS
