The Pratt & Whitney Engineering Development Program (EDP) is designed to accelerate early-career engineer’s technical and organizational experience through job rotations, networking, training, and mentoring. In the initial 2 to 3 years of the EDP practitioner's career, they will rotate through several different groups of their choosing to gain a holistic view of Pratt & Whitney’s Engineering organization. All Pratt & Whitney Engineering college hires are automatically enrolled in this industry-leading program.
