The 4th option is:
search for "recovery options" in toolbar, then click on it
Then click on " Advance start up" restart now
then click on "Advanced options"
then click on "System Restore"
then choose an account to continue
Select your keyboard layout ex US
Click "Next"
Select "system restore" then click "Next"
Then click on "Finish"
Then click "yes"
Now the Error should be resolved
