Meat roll filled with ham, cheese and spinach.
In collaboration with Royal Prestige®, I prepared a delicious Meat Roll stuffed with Ham, Cheese, and Spinach. A simple yet flavorful dish, ideal for Christmas dinner or any other special occasion. Besides being incredibly tasty, it looks fantastic and will be the centerpiece of your table.
Ingredients:
• 2 packages of bacon (16 oz each)
• 3 pounds of ground beef
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 1/2 green bell pepper
• 1/2 red onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon of paprika
• 1 tablespoon of mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
Filling:
• Sliced ham, I used 4 slices
• 2 cups of melting cheese, I used mozzarella
• 2 cups of fresh spinach
I prepared it with the Royal Prestige® Oval Roaster; it's definitely one of my favorites for this type of recipe. This roaster is made of surgical-grade stainless steel, which you can use on the stovetop and in the oven.
