This is Part#1 of a 3 or 4 part series where we make a Tic-Tac-Toe game with AI made in Java.
Today we make the logic behind the Tic-Tac-Toe by making the game run through the terminal/cmd(windows) first. Then in the next part we will be designing the GUI and eventually we will implement the AI.
