This selection boasts an excellent title theme composed by Jeroen Tel. The level themes, however, are quite minimal as they make use of only one pulse channel. It's an odd decision-- in some games sound channels were reserved so that the issue of SFX overlapping wouldn't occur, but this typically involved leaving out only one pulse channel (like Alien 3, Lethal Weapon), or noise (like Dragon Warrior titles), as opposed to only using one channel at all. But it's still an interesting soundtrack and I had fun sampling it.
The soundtrack is a conversion of the C64 music, which pulled off the single-channel tracks better as the SID was much more versatile for such a task.
