In this video, the calculus question on finding maxima and minima of a function is discussed. The question is from GATE 2020, Electrical Paper (EE). The function is a polynomial defined in a closed interval [--2,0]. The maximum and minimum in this case can occur at the end points or at the critical points in the interior which can be obtained from function derivatives.
