We are back on the Canadian Pacific in Western Canada as we catch various CP trains during the morning and afternoon. Starting off with the yard switcher with a pair of MP15s, we are able to chase a CP local out of the yard with a trio of EMDs including a rare dual flags GP38-2 of D&H heritage along with two newer GP22ECOs. However the catch of the day was by far a loaded ballast extra with a pair of Central Maine & Quebec Railway SD40-2Fs in charge. With the recent acquisition of the CMQ by CP back in June 2020, many of the SD40-2Fs captive to the CMQ have been displaced around the CP system primarily on ballast and work trains. It is no exception here as we chase a loaded ballast train with the one and only Bangor & Aroostook Heritage SD40-2F. After calling CP home for most of their careers, the SD40-2Fs have made a return to CP. Enjoy the video!
