Ultra low Fallout 4 on Low End PC

My Computer specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4210-U 1.7 ghz up to 2.7 ghz
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce 820M

if there are some lag or stutter on gameplay in this video, it's because the gameplay is on recording mode

if there some problem with enemies/NPCs spawning, you can try this:
