Learn How to Edit White Metal Ring With Diamonds. This is a minimalist editing using only Mixer Brush Tool for Cleaning the Metal. Steps :
1. Download the same image from www.jewellerypro.com Resources section.
2. This is a 500px x 500px 72 pixels /inch image - for better Editing increase the resolution to 300 pixels/inch and Mode - 16 bits / channel Increase the Canvas size to 9 in x 9 in
3. Create a clipping path using Pen Tool
4. Ctrl + Enter to convert the path into selection, Ctrl+ J to make a copy of the selection.
5. Select Background Layer then Add a New Layer, Shift + F5 to fill the new layer with white color
6. Select Ring cutout top layer, Ctrl+J to make one more copy. Name the top layer as Metal layer and just below layer as Diamond Add A new layer about the white background layer and name it as shadow.
7. Adjust Levels of Metal Layer - Ctrl + L to make metal brighter
8. Remove Red and Yellow from Metal Layer - Ctr+ U
9. Finish the Metal with Mixer Brush Tool
10. Add surface blur for smoothing the metal surface - Filter - Blur - Surface Blur
11. Increase Sharpness of Metal - Filter - Sharpen - Unsharp Mask
12. Select the Diamond Layer - Adjust Level, Color and Sharpen the diamonds
13. Apply Reveal All mask on Metal Layer - Use 100% Hardness, 100% opacity and 100% Flow
14. Adjust the Metal Color like Tiffany if you like - Ctrl +B increase cyan and blue
