Manfred Mann were an English rock band formed in London in 1962. They were named after their keyboardist Manfred Mann. "Quinn the Eskimo (The Mighty Quinn)" is a folk-rock song written and first recorded by Bob Dylan in 1967. The Manfred Mann version reached No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart for the week of 14 February 1968, and remained there the following week.
