Starfield - FSR 3 Frame Generation Mod - RTX 3070 - 1440p
How to install Starfield FSR 3 mod
1. Download mod files here - https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/7...
If you face issues with version 0.7 of mod, use 0.6 instead, that being said I personally used version 0.7 with Starfield without any issues
2. Extract and run DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks and select yes on all permissions.
This step only needs to be done once, no need to do this again when you mod a new game
3. Copy 2 files, dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better and nvngx dll
And paste them in same folder that has game exe files
For Starfield, this will be root folder of game
For PC game pass user, this will be inside Content folder (meaning open game pass folder, then Starfield folder and finally open content folder and paste files)
4. Make sure Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled in windows settings (Settings - Home - Display - Graphics - Default graphic settings)
5. Launch the game and disable vsync
If fps is above screen refresh rate then you can enable vsync in nvidia settings to avoid screen tearing.
6. If all was done correctly frame gen option will be available to be selected
Don't worry about not getting any pop up, as long as frame generation is available to select in game settings, mod is working.
There will also be dlssg_to_fsr3 log file in same folder where you copied mod files if mod worked.

Settings tested 1440p High, Ultra, DLAA, DLSS Quality and Performance...
