Install these in order, before other mods:
Cyber Engine Tweaks
Redscript
Red4ext
ArchiveXl
TweakXL
Codeware
Native Settings UI
Mod Settings
Input Loader
That is most of the dependencies for any mod, they don't affect the game in any way on their own besides CET. You should now be able to install any other mods you want.
