Ranking The Best Ark Maps

What is the best map in Ark: Survival Ascended? It’s a debate that rarely has one true answer, but today, I’m ranking all six official maps currently available in the game!
To determine the rankings, I’ll be judging each map based on three key factors:
1️⃣ Difficulty – How tough is the early, mid, and late game? Are you constantly dying, or is it a relaxing stroll along the beach? What about caves and bosses?
2️⃣ Performance – With ASA’s optimization (or lack thereof) always being a hot topic, how does each map run?
3️⃣ Creature Diversity & Resources – Does the map offer a solid variety of tames, and how accessible are essential resources?
Ranking the Official ASA Maps:
#1 – Extinction (Surprisingly amazing balance of challenge, performance, and unique creatures)
#2 – Aberration (Brutal but rewarding, with some of the best survival mechanics)
#3 – Astraeos (Not fully complete yet, but already showing strong potential)
#4 – The Island (Classic nostalgia but tedious progression)
#5 – Scorched Earth (Harsh start, but easy once you get a Wyvern)
#6 – The Center (Decent map, but lacks true challenge and suffers from mild performance issues)
