This has been around since I started playing Bannerlord. It should be fixed before the final release, but until then, I'll assume it's an intended feature. :) This "intended feature" is still working in beta branch 1.9.0. After testing 1.9.0, this still works but is less effective.
This intended feature is working in all release versions and on console!
