Python Console Project 06: Tic Tac Toe
This Python console project has been designed to give the coder practice using Lists (Arrays), modular functions that return values and accept parameters, passing arrays as arguments and emulating simple computer opponent behavior and intelligence in a Tic Tac Toe game.
