Your reality is beyond the world, beyond the "bubble of consciousness." Nothing can harm the reality that you are! "He who can be harmed" and "that which can harm him" are dreamed, i.e., composed of the same "material" as a dream—emptiness.

You are neither a person nor in the world; you are a dreamer of the world and of man. They arise together, simultaneously. In this dream, the only knowledge you possess is the "I am."

Just as in your dream at night, you may dream yourself as a slightly different person and in different circumstances, but it is not really you; it is the person and the circumstances in the dream.

But similarly, in waking life, you are present only as the knowledge "I am," because it is not real waking life; it is also a dream. You travel through dreams, but in your dreams, the only knowledge you possess is the "I am." There's nothing else of you in the "bubble of consciousness." The rest belongs to the dream.

You've mistakenly identified the dreamer (yourself) with the dream character.
And you need to disentangle yourself from this false identification. You are not the character in your dream, but as a true dreamer, you cannot change the plot of the dream; you can only transcend it to discover that a dream, even one in which you experienced pain, cannot harm you. Then you will stop fearing your dreams, which you still consider life or existence.

You already transcend all "bubbles of consciousness" every day in the deep sleep phase.

You simply never set out to become conscious of the dreamer. You are present in deep sleep without being aware of your presence, because the knowledge "I am" collapses along with the bubble. After all, it manifested your presence in the bubble of consciousness. And when he collapsed, there was nothing left to manifest his presence in. But you remained! And you remained as pure, unqualified awareness.

Keep in mind that your presence is obvious even without manifesting as an "I" thought. You simply never inquired about what's there—beyond perception, when there is no objective perception.

In "dark" meditation, this is precisely what you must discover. "Dark" means beyond perception.

Don't try to imagine yourself outside the "bubble of perception"; try to view the character as an object acting in the world—observe them, all their actions, thoughts, and desires, as an outside observer. This is not necessary to improve their behavior or their fate, but to disidentify with them. The character and all their life activity are the object of your observation, not the subject. And you yourself are the subject of observation; you cannot be observed!

The very act of observing the character will show you that you cannot be them. This is important for you, otherwise you'll worry about his fate and feel sorry for his world. And his world hangs by a thread of consciousness, and can collapse at any moment.

How are you present in your nighttime dream? As a person you dream about? No, you're present as a witness to the dream, as the dreamer, so the dreamer can't be the dream character, even though they identify with it. You wake up and say, "Oh, I saw myself in a dream." But you didn't see yourself in the dream, you saw the dream character.

And when identification with the character ceases in the "waking dream," then it will also cease in the "dream dream."

Therefore, when you become aware of the knowledge "I am," recognize it as a witness to the "bubble of consciousness," not as a character within the "bubble of consciousness." The character you mistakenly consider yourself to be is an object of your observation, just like all the other objects within the "bubble of consciousness."

You are neither of them. You are their observation. In the "bubble of consciousness," you are present only as an observation. An observer outside the "bubble of consciousness."
