Over the past year or so I've slowly increased my understanding of how to use GameMaker Studio 2 to draw in isometric.

When you only have sprites that are the same size as the grid cells, it's fairly easy to sort everything but that easy sorting needs a lot more work when it comes to objects and sprites that cover multiple cells!

These are my thoughts and findings on a project I'm currently working on and how I managed to think of a way to fix my issue (at 1:30 am in bed, where I do most of my best thinking...)
