How to do a complete oil and filter change on a BMW e46 m3. Changing the oil on an e46 is super easy and a perfect DIY. We replace the oil with Liqui Moly 10w60 synthetic racing motor oil and the filter with a Mahle filter. When changing the oil always remember to replace the crush washer on the drain plug as well as the o-rings and washer on the oil filter bolt.
