At 12:00:04, the City of Moore conducted a weekly test of their outdoor warning siren system on Saturday, September 19, 2026. This test consisted of a 3 minute alert.
I recorded here just over a year ago, but I've gotten a few requests to do this again since I have way better equipment, and I also wanted to do this again to hear it again. Definitely not disappointed. The 2T22 about a block away was very loud, and the Mod was definitely louder than I expected for being about 900 feet away.
This siren can be found at Plaza Towers Elementary School. This, along with many others, are tested every Saturday at noon. The test may be canceled for severe weather expected in the area that day.
