Deanne talks about help from her dietitian - Macmillan Cancer Support
As part of her treatment for throat cancer, Deanne went through radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This had a big impact on her body.
She experienced problems eating and consequently, lost a lot of weight. Macmillan assigned to Deanne a dietitian called Michelle. Michelle worked on a personalised nutritional plan to make Deanne's body strong again, so that it was in the best possible state to heal.
