The ohms reading on this element should be close to the following if your multimeter is calibrated correctly:

If your oven is not heating properly, the fan oven element may be the cause. To replace the element, you will need to disconnect the power to the oven and remove the back panel. The element will be located at the back of the oven cavity. Once you have removed the old element, simply connect the new one and replace the back panel.
