Canon PIXMA TS5040 - KKNU40624 / MFP Was in Service / Allegedly Faded Printing
This video is not a training video and does not carry anything other than video recording of preliminary diagnostics of Canon PIXMA TS5040 - KKNU40624 with detection of certain faults.
According to the owner, the MFP prints palely. He had previously handed it over to the SC.
1) The contacts responsible for the operation of the color nozzles are sealed on the PG, I assume that there is a short circuit on them and the PG goes into error.
2) A test print of the nozzle check showed a problem, the black nozzles are clogged, although this test is better than the one previously done at the SC.
I send the PG to the bath for soaking. Will it be possible to clean the nozzles and will the PG say - Quack ....?
