The film tells the story of Turkish sailors taken hostage in an African country. Popeye and his crew are sailing to Libya to buy goods. The crew makes a plan and decides to go to Casablanca first. Without the captain's knowledge, they change the ship's route. However, there is a mistake in the plan. Instead of Morocco, the ship reaches the borders of Oumumba, whose government has changed hands due to a coup that day. The coup leader declares that he has seized all ships within the country's borders. All men will also be conscripted into the army. The Oumumba president, noticing the Turkish ship entering his territorial waters, does not miss the opportunity that has presented itself.
