Ingredients:
3 eggs
375 g of sugar (1 cup and a half)
120 ml light olive or sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
200 ml of milk (4/5 cup)
300 g of wheat flour (2 and a half cups)
75 g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
15 g chemical yeast (1 tbsp)
150 ml of coffee or water (3/5 cup)
75g dark chocolate
75 ml whipping cream or whipping cream (1/3 cup)
