GTA 5 Epic Games: Script Hook V Critical Error Unknown Game Version (Remove Mods Solution)

GTA 5 Epic Games version has been released for free on May 15 2020. The game will be free until May 21 2020.
But it was a bit of a whirlwind day. Epic Games Store has continuously been crashing. People are experiencing slow loading times, 500 errors and the launcher crashing.
And now there was the infamous GTA V Script Hook V Critical Error FATAL: Unknown Game Version.
You can fix this in two ways:
1. Remove mods (that's what this video is about)
2. Update Script Hook V (Will be released soon)
Even Downgrading was not an option now, because the GTA V 1.0.1868.4 has been the FIRST ever release on Epic Games Store, and previous versions are not available.
But, from the next update, downgrading could be possible. (Atleast we hope)
