' My audio recorder captures "censorship sound" the camera missed. On March 13, as you may know, the chair of New Hampshire's "Finance Committee - Division I" forbade me from filming its budget session. It was in the SH Legislative Office Building Rm. 212.

At this point I stopped recording on the camera for about 7 seconds to set up another shot. However my audio recorder continues running. Now you'll hear what it picked up, from right before the camera stopped to the point where it restarts.
"There's no photography in the committee room; thank you"

"We have house rules; please direct that question to the Speaker's office"
Watch the man on screen left. See how well he complies with the alleged rule against photography. Watch to see if anyone interferes with his...photography. And listen to see if he seems to support the alleged photography ban while photographing. '
